General Counseling
We believe that part of being a holistic and balanced follower of Christ means giving attention to our emotional and psychological health.  In the hopes of providing solid, Christian-based counseling, we recommend a number of local counseling options that we have an ongoing relationship with.  These counselors can provide counseling for pre-marital needs, marital issues, depression, anxiety, childhood issues, eating disorders, sexual addictions, etc.  If you would like a pastoral recommendation based on your specific counseling need, contact Brian Gray at (303) 422-3777 x327 or bgray@tnl.org.

Counseling inside TNL

• Grace Counseling: (720) 489-8555 [7921 Southpark Plaza   Littleton, CO 80120] They accept many forms of health insurance and can perform psyche evaluations.
• Southwest Counseling: (303) 730-1717 [141 W Davies Ave N # 105, Littleton, CO 80120]  They are associated with Mission Hills Church.  They accept many forms of health insurance do perform psyche evaluations, though they will not accept sex offenders.

Food, Clothing, and Housing

• 9News Food Bank Listings: This is the most comprehensive list of food assistance in the geographic areas nearest you.
• The Denver Rescue Mission: Services include a food pantry, daily meals at their Lawrence St. Location, clothing, shelter (men only), furniture, bus tokens, and a medical clinic. They are open 24 hours a day. (located at 23rd & Lawrence; 303-297-1815)
• The Gathering Place: Specifically for women with children. Located at 1535 High Street, Denver CO 80218 (303-321-4198)
• Urban Peak: Shelter for runaways and homeless youth under the age of 21. Located at 1669 S Acoma St., Denver CO 80223 (303-777-9198)
