TNL cannot exist without the hundreds of volunteers who give their time and energy each week.

We hope every person who comes to TNL on an ongoing basis will choose to give back in some way; that you would choose to help create a place for people to connect and reconnect with God and His Church. We ask for a six-month time commitment (Mar-Aug / Sep-Feb) to provide consistency and stability within each team.

All volunteers for TNL Kids are required to complete an application and background check form before they begin working with children. 

TNL Kids Nursery (Newborn – 2 years old)                        (4 volunteers each week)
Provide Infant – 2 year olds attention and affection that reflects God’s love.
Commitment: 1 Tuesday a month for 6 months

TNL Kids Preschool (2/3 class – 4/5 class)                           (2 volunteers each week)
Care for 2-5 year olds by assisting paid staff in showing them God’s love through story time, worship time, and crafts.
Commitment: 1 Tuesday a month for 6 months

TNL Kids Elementary (K-5)                                      (4 volunteers each week)
Small Group Leader: Plan and teach small group lessons and games in a fun and creative environment from the provided curriculum.
Commitment: 1 Tuesday a month for 6 months

TNL Kids Elementary (K-5)                                      (1 volunteer each week)
Large Group Teacher: Plan and teach large group time from the provided curriculum and assist with lessons and games.
Commitment: 1 Tuesday a month for 6 months

TNL Kids Elementary (K-5)                                      (2 volunteers each week)
Large Group Worship: Plan and lead musical worship for TNL Kids Elementary during large group time.
Commitment: 1 Tuesday a month for 6 months

TNL Kids Welcome Team                                                           (2 volunteers each week)
Welcome new families to TNL Church and help parents and families sign-in before TNL (6:40-7:10) and sign-out after TNL (8:00-8:30).
Commitment: Every other Tuesday for 6 months 

TNL Kids Security Team                                                             (1 volunteer each week)
Ensure TNL is a physically safe environment for the children and volunteers by being present at the front doors of the Acoma facility during TNL Kids.
Commitment: 1 Tuesday a month for 6 months

TNL Youth                                                                                        (3 Volunteers each week)
Work with the TNL Youth Director in facilitating conversations about life and faith with Middle School & High School students who attend TNL.
Commitment: 1 Tuesday a month for 6 months 

TeamTNL Greeters                                                                      (7 volunteers each week)
Help make TNL a welcoming environment by greeting people before and after TNL for about 45 minutes.
Commitment: Every other Tuesday for 6 months 

TeamTNL Security                                                                       (2 volunteers each week)
Ensure that TNL a physically safe environment by being present at the front and rear doors of the Gothic facility during TNL.
Commitment: Every other Tuesday for 6 months 

Production Team Set-Up                                                           (2 volunteers each week)
Load-In and Set-Up of both the Acoma and Gothic facilities on Tuesday afternoons (2-3pm Load-In / 3-4pm Lunch / 4-5pm Set-Up).
Commitment: Any available Tuesdays for 6 months 

Production Team Reset                                                              (2 volunteers each week)
Return and reset production gear from the Gothic to Acoma on Tuesday nights after TNL (8:15-9pm).
Commitment: Any available Tuesdays for 6 months
