July Backpack Drive

Save Our Youth Mentoring is a local non-profit that works with Middle School and High School students who come from disadvantaged backgrounds. Every student in the Save Our Youth program gets partnered with an adult volunteer mentor; someone who can walk alongside these young people, and help connect them to hope, direction, and purpose in life.

For the majority of families at Save Our Youth, buying a brand new backpack & school supplies for the upcoming school year is a financial burden; so for the month of July, TNL is partnering with Save Our Youth to help provide a free backpack filled with school supplies to every student in the Save Our Youth program.

If you're interested in helping out, you can pick up a backpack shopping list card at TNL (or download one of the digital cards below). Take a card, buy a backpack, fill it with the supplies listed on the card, and bring it back to TNL by Tuesday August 5th.
