Lent 2026 Practices & Rhythms

Each year the Church sets aside this season of Lent to intentionally create space to encounter God. We do that by giving up some things and taking up others. Giving up what distracts us, numbs us, or crowds out our awareness. And taking up practices that ground us, realign us, and turn up the volume on God’s presence that’s already there.

Our prayer is that together as a community, during the season of Lent, we will confess our brokenness, respond in repentance, and—as the days grow brighter—experience the abundance and reality of restoration through God’s lavish grace!

We’ve created this calendar to provide weekly rhythms and daily practices to help guide you through the season. Invite others to join you in these practices and reflect on your experiences together!

You can pick up a calendar at TNL or download it HERE.
